Charleston! I’m moving cities! And this is the LAST BATH! Harmonies of Hampton will conclude my time graciously sharing in sound baths with you all in this beautiful city, for now. I’ll be offering this donation based sound bath in Hampton Park on Sunday, October 27th from 4pm-6pm.

Please bring blankets, yoga mats, pillows, tea or anything to help you stay comfortable on your journey! No need to RSVP. Just show up, and bring your friends!

Hampton Park has remained such a sacred space for my journey here in Charleston. I can’t wait to vibe out and turn the page with people I love doing something that I love so much.

From the Wagner Terrace parking lot: follow signs for Denmark Vesey Memorial to the left side of the fountain. Turn left toward the Gazebo after the Rose Pavilion and the field will be to your right.

From the Gazebo, head straight down the main pathway and the field will be over to your right behind the Denmark Vesey memorial statue.
